No upfront payment is required to request a quote. We cannot guarantee that a foreign authority will accept a document; where its requirements are unclear, we tell you to confirm them with the receiving authority before you pay.
We accept credit and debit cards. After you accept the written quote, you can pay by card, by bank transfer to our IBAN, or by Western Union where delivery to a bank account is available from your location; cash is possible in person in Türkiye. Card payments are made through a secure payment link in US dollars (USD); card charges, if any, are stated in your quote.

Does my document need a sworn translation, notarisation or an apostille?
The receiving institution decides; for most procedures a sworn translation alone is enough, land-registry and court matters usually ask for notarisation, and whether an apostille is needed depends on the country and the institution. Run your case through the Turkish document abroad checker.
Is the notary fee included in the translation price?
No. Notary fees are separate: the notary office calculates them under Turkey's 2026 Notary Fee Tariff and the Fees Law. Our estimate is roughly 1,060-1,770 ₺ for IDs and passports, and 1,900-3,000 ₺ for diplomas and transcripts.
Is sending the document on WhatsApp enough?
Yes — a photo or PDF is enough for review and quoting. At the notary stage, the original document or an e-Government barcoded PDF may be required, depending on the notary office.
Can e-Government barcoded documents be used?
Yes — barcoded PDFs of diplomas, transcripts and student records work fine for review. Whether the notary accepts them depends on that office's practice. See also: sworn vs. notarized translation.
Is same-day translation possible?
Short standard documents are delivered within 24 hours; same-day delivery is possible for some eligible orders. Priority (urgent) handling is +500 ₺; long documents are timed and priced in the written quote. We confirm the exact turnaround once we've seen the document.
What payment methods are accepted?
Payment is accepted by credit/debit card, in cash in person or by bank transfer to our IBAN; payment details are sent with the written quote. International transfers depend on the sending bank. International clients may pay by credit/debit card, by bank transfer or by Western Union, where bank-account delivery is available. For Western Union transfers, please share the MTCN by e-mail or WhatsApp after initiating payment. Payment is confirmed once the funds reach our bank account. Transfer fees and payment instructions will be specified in the quotation. Credit/debit cards, bank transfers and Western Union are accepted. PayPal and Wise are not currently supported.
I'm outside Turkey — how do I order and receive the translation?

Where suitable, the translation is delivered digitally. If you need a physical copy, it can be sent by courier: shipping costs are paid by the recipient, you can choose the courier, and delivery depends on the routes that courier serves. Notarisation is not needed for every translation; if the receiving institution requires it, you can arrange it yourself under the notary office's rules or ask us to arrange it; it depends on the notary office's acceptance requirements and the process is agreed with you in advance. Acceptance depends on the institution you submit the translation to, so please confirm its requirements in advance.
